As quality is an important issue in our association, Janus Consultants e.V. developed a comprehensive quality assurance to warrant professional consulting.
During a project, every team is guided by a project controller assuring the accomplishment of common goals and the compliance with our quality policy. The project controller permanently gets information from the project manager, hence guaranteeing an impartial view on the developments.
Our consistently high quality is based on a careful selection of project members ensured by an effective application procedure. This procedure shows qualifications as well as motivation and willingness to be proactive in addition to the regular studies at university.
