To guarantee best results, the board of Janus Consultants e.V. chooses the project members according to qualification, motivation and availability.

If a contract is signed, the project will take place as follows:

The team starts working according to the project plan as previously agreed upon. During the project, a continuous flow of information is provided by the project manager. To assure the high quality Janus Consultants e.V. is committed to, a highly experienced member of our association will accompany every project in the position of a project controller. The project controller is always up-to-date about the latest developments of the project and also acts as your first contact person in the case of disagreements.
In the end of the project, the team presents the results with the optimal solution, relevant information and precise recommended procedures.
