As the leading authority, the board provides the long term focus of our organization and represents Janus Consultants e.V. externally. The board consists of five members who are chairpersons of at least one department and responsible for the association's activities.

Christian Ringwald
The CEO leads and coordinates the board of Janus Consultants e.V.. Furthermore, he supervises the fields of "Innovation" and "Strategy". He is responsible for the contact to network partners, curators and the head organization BDSU e.V.. In addition, he acts as a contact person for workshops and trainings arranged by external companies and organizations.

The Chief Acquisition and Marketing Manager acts as a first contact person for clients of Janus Consultants e.V.. He is responsible for acquisition, the realization of projects and besides that every other issue in the field of marketing.

The Chief Finance Manager is in charge of all financial decisions of Janus Consultants e.V. and supports the board in legal affairs. He is responsible especially for budgetary accounting, financial administration and the preparation of financial reports.

The Chief Human Resources Manager is responsible for human resource planning and development in the association. In addition, he is in charge of recruiting and the contact person for interested students. Furthermore he keeps contact with the Janus Consultants e.V. alumni.
